Terms and Conditions of Furry Kinship

1) About Us
Furry Kinship (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and online store. These Terms apply to
your use of the site and to purchases you make from us.

2) Using Our Website
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. We may suspend or refuse service
in cases of misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.

3) Products & Availability
We aim for accurate descriptions and imagery. Minor variations may occur. All products are
subject to availability; we may decline or cancel orders before dispatch and issue a full refund.

4) Prices, Taxes & Duties
Prices are shown in GBP (unless stated otherwise). We may update prices at any time.
International orders may be subject to local taxes/duties payable by you unless stated at
checkout.

5) Orders & Contract Formation
Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email. A contract forms when we send a
dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept an order, we will refund any payment taken.

6) Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payment is taken at checkout
and processed securely by our payment providers.

7) Delivery, Risk & Title
We ship to the UK, EU, US and other destinations shown at checkout. Delivery times are
estimates. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe (or within 30 days where none is
stated), we will notify you and offer the choice to wait or cancel for a prompt refund. Risk
transfers on delivery. Title transfers once we receive full payment.

8) International Shipping
International customers are responsible for complying with local import rules. Any additional
import duties or carrier fees are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

9) Your Right to Cancel (UK/EU Consumers)
In addition to our store policy below, UK/EU consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period from
the day after delivery to cancel without giving a reason. To cancel, email
support@furry-kinship.co.uk with your order number. Items must be returned within 14 days of
cancellation. We will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost (if charged) within
14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of return. We may deduct for any handling beyond
what’s necessary to check the goods.

10) Store Policy — 30-Day Free Returns (All Destinations)
We offer a 30-day free returns policy from delivery for change-of-mind returns.
Conditions: items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories, and in resaleable
condition.
How it works: contact us within 30 days; we will issue a prepaid return label or otherwise cover
reasonable return costs we authorise in advance. Refunds are issued to the original payment
method after inspection.
Exceptions (unless faulty): opened consumables (e.g., filter cartridges), items where hygiene
seals were broken after delivery, and items damaged by misuse.

11) Faulty or Not as Described
Your statutory rights apply. If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days
of delivery. After 30 days, you may be entitled to repair or replacement; if that is not successful,
a price reduction or refund will be offered.

12) Returns Process
Email support@furry-kinship.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will
provide return instructions and (for eligible returns) a prepaid label. You are responsible for
goods until we receive them; please use the label provided or a tracked service we approve.

13) Promotions & Gift Codes
Promotions run for the stated period and are subject to the stated terms. One code per order
unless specified. We may amend or withdraw offers at any time.

14) Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud,
or any liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential
losses (e.g., loss of profit). Our total liability for a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid
for the product(s).

15) Intellectual Property
All site content (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not
copy, reproduce or use it without permission.

16) Privacy & Cookies
We process personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy and use cookies as described in our
Cookie Policy. These documents are provided separately and form part of these Terms. For

17) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that
order.

18) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of
England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident outside the UK, any
mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence will still apply.

19) Additional Terms for US Customers
Shipping timelines: We ship within the timeframe shown at checkout. If no timeframe is shown,
we will ship within 30 days of your order. If we are unable to ship within that period, we will
contact you to obtain your consent to a new date or provide a prompt refund.
Returns and refunds: Our global store policy offers 30-day free returns from delivery
(conditions apply—see Returns section). This policy is disclosed before purchase and does not
limit any rights you may have under state law.
Marketing emails: Promotional emails sent to U.S. recipients include our business name, a
valid physical postal address, and a simple unsubscribe method. You can opt out at any time.
Privacy: We maintain a clear privacy notice and describe how we handle online tracking
signals.
California Proposition 65: Where a product requires a Proposition 65 warning, we provide the
required notice on the product page and/or packaging.
